Nano Emulsion Fuel System

Em-Fuel is water and petroleum blended on a sub-micron level. This mixing of fuel oils and water creates a new fuel product that is called emulsified fuel, which we call Em-Fuel.
In basic terms Em-Fuel is an emulsion of 80% fuel and 20% water, yielding a 100% new fuel that exceeds all EPA emission regulations. Em-Fuel costs less than 10-20% of the same quantity of preprocessed fuel.

The fuel is 95% - 107% more efficient than the preprocessed oil, and emits up to 60% less emissions too (dust,ash, NOx, CO, CO2 and SOx at 30%).
Em-Fuel is a stable homogeneous mixture of fuel and water with a stabilizing additive. Em-Fuel will remain stable for 6 months under normal temperature conditions. Em-Fuel emulsions will be marketed for transportation diesel fuel, bio-diesel,and power generation (combustion turbines, boilers) applications.
An additional process can remove all the glycerin from plant oils, emulsify the oil and continuously deliver Bio Em-Fuel at a price lower than other bio-diesel processes.

The formulation for Em-Fuel is 80% fuel to 20% water with a minimal amount of additive (1%).The emulsion is produced by continuous flow blending. The blending units combine water, fuel and additive to produce diesel oil, and other types of oil emulsions.
Blending units can be located at fuel terminals, truck fleet sites, power plants, bakery ovens or refineries to produce required quantities of emulsified fuel. The units are sized to output. For example, we have installed individual emulsifying units on ships in a fishing fleet. These units process the fuel on demand and can process winterized diesel.

This EM-Fuel process is being utilized in South Africa by large mining concerns on the West Coast, which is used in Mineral Separation Plants. There are a number of (more than 50) prominent food processing companies utilizing our technology, as well as the described maritime applications.
In these applications the EM-Fuel process has demonstrated a 10-20% reduction in cost of fuel; up to 60% reduction in emissions with the parallel cost reductions for maintenance requirements due to ash, dust, and cleaner fuel filters.
This technology will revolutionize the efficiency of our fuel in the world.
